Every year, the Southern Carolina Timing Association or better known as SCTA, releases a new rulebook that is much more than a typical rulebook. Not only does it contain the updated rules which are bolded. It also contains what is called the "Yellow Pages" of Land Speed Racing. These 71 pages in the back of a 316-page rulebook contain debatably everything you need to go Land Speed Racing. Remarkably, this only costs $10 to purchase directly from the SCTA website (scta-bni.org)
